Whiskey Decision extended her winning streak to three races with a convincing win in Monday’s $150,000 Christiana S. at Delaware Park. The 3-year-old Into Mischief filly, who is a Eddie Woods training grad, was making her stakes debut following maiden and allowance wins by a combined 12 lengths.

Whiskey Decision, the heavy post-time favorite off her two impressive scores, got away very well and tracked longshot Nay Slayer through a half-mile in :48.80. Whiskey Decision put away the pacesetter with a half-mile to run, then got a fresh challenge from the classy Style Points, but she turned her away as well and bounded clear in the final furlong to win going away by 2 ¾-lengths.

The final time for the 1 1/8-miles on the firm turf was 1:49.23.

“I could see she was little bit nervous in the gate today and she was shaking her head and stuff, so she got a little bit of a slow break, but going a mile and an eighth, you have plenty of time to work those things out,” said winning trainer Arnaud Delacour. “When I saw they went they half in almost :49 on a day like today, I thought we were in good shape.”

Whiskey Decision is owned by her breeders Fred W. Hertrich III and John D. Fielding. She has won three of four starts and earned $207,262.
